How much will this tattoo cost?

The Design is a skull in the middle of my forearm with angel wings on both sides that go around to the other side of my arm and meet at the center.
The writing is for now "only god can judge me" in russian.
I drew it in marker to plot it out. The words should be smaller also and take up about half the space it does.
Also open for suggestions as far as type of skulls and wings but still want the basic design. If u no any good skull pics and angel wing pics that would go good together put um up…..;]

I wouldn’t suggest making the skull look like the first photo, it will slightly look like a blob of ink, especially in 10-15 years. Get a nice skull drawn. Also, you don’t want the wings to encompass your arm because, aesthetically, it just doesn’t look good. You want people to see the whole tattoo from one angle.
About the price, can’t say for sure, depends by artist.
