I was told that the laser tattoo removal doesn’t work on red ink and deep scaring …both of which I have?

    Not necessarily true.

Red is harder to remove, though. The laser works by picking out the things that stand out the most. Thus, black is easier to remove than, say, yellow. So, often, a color like red can’t be removed as completely, but it can be significantly lightened, and perhaps removed entirely.

Of course, the best way to find out is to talk to a technician and have them take a look.

Well Im Not Sure on the Specifics of wether or not Laser Surgery would take out the red or not, However i know that isnt the only method of removeing tattoos, One other way would be the Gel, Its slow, but effective, It dissolves and pulls out the ink from your Skin. You should look into it.

You need to find a laser specialist with the right laser for it as all lasers are not created equally. It can be removed. As far as the scarring, they will not make any guarantees against laser scarring so you are compounding that situation, but sometimes it heals in even better than you started.

Be sure to find someone that has a lot of experience with this.
