Are tattoos trashy? Should i wait to get one?
Im 15 years old and my dad passed when i was young. He hasnt been here for most of my life. My mom has now been seeing another person and i really need to remember my dad. I thought of getting a guardian angel on my back because my dad is my guardian angel but some people have been telling me not to because its trashy and what not. I was thinking of getting it in a year or two though. Just give me some feedback please

If you got it on like your arm like jailbirds then yeah its trashy, BUT your getting one on your back to represent you passed away father( which im oh so sorry about ) its not trashy, most poeple say it trasy because there jealous they cant get one, but i say you go for it, that tattoo will show you are more connected with your father(: You get tattoos to represent what you love. and since you love your father, getting an angel is the prefect tattoo So i say get it(:

March 9th, 2010 at 2:14 pmtimes are changing. tattoos are now becoming more commonly accepted than they were in your paren’t's generation, if it means a lot to you and its more than just mere body art, i’d say go for it.

The only way tattoos can look trashy is if the person looks trashy themselves, it’s in an inappropriate spot, the tattoo just looks bad…but yours means something, and I think you’re okay to get it. I’m sorry for your loss, and I think that if you want to get it for yourself so you’ll always remember your dad, then you should do it.
